Pricing FAQ

The detail, in plain English.

What counts as an active student?

A student who had at least one lesson that month. Students who are paused, or have finished with you, don't count.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time. Move up as your agency grows, or down after a quieter term. The change applies from your next billing period.

What's included in setup?

On every plan we configure your platform with you: your branding and sign-in page, subjects, rates, cancellation policy, invoicing and website, and we invite your team. You can import students, families and tutors from a spreadsheet on any plan. On Premier, and for founding partners, we move everything across for you.

Where is my data stored, and is it secure?

Tutrivo runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure, with connections encrypted. Each agency's data is kept separate, access is limited by role and checked on our servers, and passwords are stored as one-way hashes. See our privacy policy for the detail.

Do parents pay anything?

No. Your agency pays for Tutrivo. Parents, students and tutors sign in free of charge.
